Entry And Address
Entry points have been provided along the principal facades of all the major buildings. Each entry point is distinct with a car lay by bay for drop off combined with car park access.

Road Access
The proposal uses the existing road system. No alteration to the existing pattern is proposed. An internal road system is proposed to provide a traffic calmed, pedestrian dominated environment sympathetic to the calm conditions of a tourist resort. This road will be suitably paved to ensure low speed traffic and the degree of landscape will ensure a slow moving traffic within the system.

Taxi And Bus
Taxi and bus drop offs have been arranged as shown on the accompanying diagrams. Taxi stations have been provided at the public square and at the hotel and serviced apartments. Bus drop off has been included on the public square coupled with the drop off for the retail complex.

Service Vehicles
Dedicated service access, including unloading bay and turning head are provided to each building zone, the access to these areas is combined with the carpark access road. The unloading level also includes for direct access to the back-of-house for the retail, food and beverage facilities along the promenade.

Pedestrian Access
The success of the waterfront depends on the integration and connection back to the other neighbourhoods within Queensbay. Pedestrian paths provide many ways to reach the waterfront, each offering different experiences. Busy streets have been kept away from the waterfront which ensures that walking and cycling is an enjoyable experience where people can discover the attractions along the waterfront. The pedestrian paths will provide a high level of comfort, safety and amenity for pedestrians, using lighting, trees and planting for a more pleasant pedestrian environment with shade and improved microclimate.

Parking
All parking is in basement of concealed areas of the scheme. Provision has been made for parking on the basis of 2 car park spaces per residential unit and a ratio of 1 car park space for every 50sqm of office space. Allowance has been made for coach parking as required. Provision for the hotel and the serviced apartments will be on the basis as required by the local authority.
